Coaching at the Wanderers Scorpions Basketball Academy

Over the years, we have seen many academies have difficulty finding and/or keeping competent coaches for their program. Most schools were forced to make do with subpar coaches who often quit their jobs at the first chance they had.
As a result, we created a program in which we collaborate with academies and provide them with coaches. Scorpions Basketball offers the school professional coaches and administrative assistance to manage their teams.
Therefore, the administrative load of hiring and overseeing coaching staffs on a daily basis no longer falls to Carrie. The established development plans and tactics are unaffected by a change in the team’s coach. The Wanderers Scorpions also manage all registrations for human resources, including coaches’ compensation and ongoing professional development. In addition, Scorpions Basketball Academy will help the school with any administrative issues, such as scheduling games, holding training camps, finding equipment, etc.

In return, the school will communicate with Scorpions about tactics, goals, and results in addition to paying an agreed-upon monthly charge that fits within their budget.
