Most of our in-store travel money bureaus and a large number of customer service desks provide free Click & Collect.
If you place your purchase before 1.30 pm, we will deliver your currency the next day. When you make your purchase, you’ll then be given a choice of collection dates, which may differ from shop to store. You won’t pay any card processing fees when buying travel money from us, whether you do it in person, online, or over the phone. The card issuer may, however, charge costs, such as cash advance fees or other fees, so be sure to check with them before you buy your trip cash.

Prior to pickup, you may always cancel a Click & Collect order. If you also cancel less than 24 hours before to your collection date. We will charge a £10 late cancellation fee in addition to the full Sterling amount you paid for your purchase.
