ALYSA HORN
The former college and professional basketball player ALYSA HORN is revered for her grit, fierce competition, and unselfishness.
Today, as a coach, she emphasizes these traits above all others to the athletes she trains.
Also, coach Alysa, the founder of Make Yourself and an Alaska native with a Bachelor of Science in Health and four years of collegiate coaching experience, uses an experiential and science-based approach to training mental and physical toughness.
Alysa, the coach, wants to see every Alaskan reach their full potential.
However, Alysa, a native Alaskan and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with a Bachelor of Science in Health and four years of collegiate coaching experience, offers a practical and scientific perspective on developing resilience.
Most importantly, Alysa, the brains behind the Make Yourself brand, is on a mission to empower Alaskans to become their greatest selves.

Mr. KENNY BARKER
He is a “Make Yourself” coaching partner. 94ft Athletics is a private business run by Coach Kenny.
Meanwhile, through the values basketball can teach, he hopes to assist young people in becoming outstanding citizens and establishing regular work habits.
He played collegiately at UAA and UAF, and he won titles in both of those schools’ tournaments. He also won titles in professional tournaments in Denmark, Switzerland, and Cyprus.
