Players recruited by the club at a young age embark on a journey through the Paris Saint-Germain Academy. They progressively advance through the various tiers of the youth system before earning a spot in the men’s and women’s professional teams. For the men’s teams, progression involves moving through the U17 and U19 levels before making it to the 1st team. In contrast, female participants advance through the U19 level. The men’s U19 team participates in four key tournaments: the Championnat National U19, the Coupe Gambardella, the UEFA Youth League, and the Premier League International Cup.
